
I went for training today though I really didn't want to cause my body is still aching from polo and I can't run so I will feel bad and useless when everyone else is running. I really wish my knees wouldn't hurt so bad, :( Though I am quite a bad runner, I do like the feeling of having completed the runs we do during training.
Anyway, my point for this post is that today's training was quite tough. Gym was really, challenging. Girls did 120% today. Like example, my biceps is 10kg each side max, so today I did 12.5kg ..... And it was really like O.O or @.@ especially shoulder press! Okay, that's all. Gym was just Whoa. But it feels good. Yup.
It's been quite long since all the girls came for training. It's either someone's sick, away, injured, project.. Yeah.

You know, there's always times when I feel like quitting, feel like I don't suit canoeing. But then again I wouldn't never want to lose the feeling of sticking through all the shit trainings with these girls. I hope we never fall apart.
