Hello, I have an abdominal pull. So, I cannot train for two weeks, :( :( :( I especially can't do twists on my lower mid area. You see! Still say I never use my waist area for boat skills. I use until I pull, :(


Anyway, the pain is really very bad. It's like how your eyes does the uncontrollable twitch thing. My abdominal muscle will suddenly contract like crazy and I've no choice but to crouch or lift my leg. Stupid shir witnessed its effect and happily laughed at me, :( And it is further aggravated when I laugh because my muscles would be contracting. So today's pain was really bad because I laughed a lot with my classmates.

However, I will be paddling this sat for the PA competition. After that, I shall be resting. Maybe I won't twist at all and just pull all the way. I hate this, injury by injury. Just when my arm finally healed and is getting back it's strength.

I will level up!
